The Enterprise Manager - Team Member Connections will be a key leader in in developing, implementing & reviewing new & existing programs related to Duncan Aviation's Diversity, Culture, Employee Engagement & Connections focuses within the organization to create an engaging work environment where all employees & potential future employees have a sense of belonging & value at work. This position will be responsible with working with executive leadership, location department managers & team members to support & foster an inclusive work environment within all Duncan Aviation locations and utilize their expertise in reviewing & developing best practices that foster an environment for all employees. The Team Member Connection Manager develops opportunities for team members to participate authentically at Duncan Aviation, including our different beliefs, interests, backgrounds, and experiences.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Provide operational oversight on company and department initiatives related to employee engagement through partnership with the enterprise DE&I committee, Connections Committee and other groups within Duncan Aviation.
  2. Create/Review an overarching diversity, equity and inclusion strategy in alignment to Duncan Aviation's business objectives, mission & culture.
  3. Identify with & engage with Aviation & community groups, organizations and resources that align with Duncan Aviation's company culture & culture of inclusion

  4. Engages leaders in their responsibility to foster a safe, welcoming, and supportive workplace culture.

  5. Collaborates with Professional Development and Training Specialists to create unconscious or implicit bias training.

  6. Works with Marketing to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion in messaging.

  7. Partners with department managers and the recruiting team to attract and retain a more diverse workforce of the Company.

  8. Works closely with department managers to prioritize DE&I hiring and retention of diverse team members.

  9. Maintains a list of purposes and goals of the company-wide connection committees.

  10. Collaborates with Human Resources, Professional Development and Training, and Department Managers with the career life cycle experience from onboarding to offboarding.

  11. Serves on both the DE&I and Culture Audit committees for consistent continuity.

  12. Facilitates the growth of "Interest Groups" and/or "Employee Resource Groups (ERG)" that focuses on various interest, beliefs, and experiences as a way for team members to create more meaningful connections.

  13. Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of Duncan Aviation's DE&I initiatives; report progress; identify opportunities for new areas of focus; benchmark and measure efforts and progress in DE&I through Strategic Planning & organizational objectives.

  14. Participate in budget planning & strategic planning for DE&I, Culture & Connections/Team Member Services focuses within Duncan Aviation.

  15. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Physical: Repetitive motion; tolerates sitting; proficient typing and data entry
  • Travel: Flexibility to travel to any Duncan Aviation location

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field of study, or equivalent preferred
  • 5+ Years of experience required, including people and culture, change management and DE&I work with a focus on developing solutions and implementing strategies within Duncan Aviation.
  • 5+ Years of senior management/organizational leadership experience
  • Subject matter training/expert on DE&I and culture related topics; including leadership, recruitment & retention, training and organizational development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, etc.) required
  • Previous Employee Engagement / Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Connection experience preferred
