How You'll Make a Difference

You will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support for Enterprise Growth and Channel Partnerships and Programs. Managing sales order input, execution, and fulfillment processing, as well as maintaining and coordinating records and files to ensure accuracy. Ensuring the accuracy of CRM records, facilitating internal communication, and following up on activities within the Enterprise Growth and Channel Partnerships and Programs teams. Collaborating across multiple internal teams and with internal and external stakeholders will be critical for success in this position. Playing a pivotal role in driving the smooth functioning of sales operations and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for Enterprise Growth and Channel Partnerships and Programs, encompassing sales order processing, execution, and fulfillment coordination.
  • Maintain meticulous records and files, ensuring the accuracy of CRM data and reporting.
  • Foster seamless internal communication and follow-up on activities within the Enterprise Growth team to meet project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with relevant team members to develop and maintain Sales Enablement materials tailored for B2B clients.
  • Work in partnership with Customer Care, Finance, regional Leaders, and sales representatives to ensure compliance with sales processes and the delivery of exceptional service.
  • Work with organizational contacts to coordinate contracts, ordering, and agreement fulfillment.
  • Facilitate the creation, negotiation, and completion of agreements (sales orders) for Enterprise Growth and Channel Partnerships.
  • Monitor and process customer inquiries related to Enterprise Growth, efficiently distributing them to the appropriate team members and tracking outputs.
  • Engage with internal system and platform teams to communicate business requirements for enhancements and features.
  • Contribute to the collection, governance, and maintenance of CRM data pertinent to Enterprise Growth and Channel Partnerships and Programs.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or another relevant field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a business or corporate office setting; international business exposure and familiarity desirable.
  • Strong sales support experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM or any other customer management technology
  • Experience working in professional and managerial positions; successful relationships and communications with individuals from diverse geographic locations and cultures preferred.
  • Ability to identify, check/cross-check, and maintain detailed information for diverse information to track and report.
  • Ability to prepare and design presentations for Markets team and PMI leadership.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite and use of internet, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project tools such as and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
