This position serves as project lead for MEPs, PEPs, and block conversions. This role will be responsible for communicating progress with key stakeholders including advisors, TPAs, and external customers. This role will also be responsible for delegating responsibilities internally to ensure systems are setup accurately and within specified timeframes.

What you do

  • Lead complex onboarding projects for multiple employer plans and large business blocks.
  • Manage the project timeline, ensuring key implementation deadlines are met.
  • Provide weekly status updates to key stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for all questions and escalations.
  • Collect required data for plan implementation and communication campaigns.
  • Prepare custom transition communications for employers and participants.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to establish plans in recordkeeping systems.
  • Provide operational training via Webex to PEOs and Plan Sponsors.
  • Develop & implement processes and controls for MEP transfers and block conversions.
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on system and reporting needs.
  • Develop partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business initiatives
  • Create a high performing culture through associate & business resources
  • Act as an escalation point for other associates providing assistance and guidance in issues while maintaining own block of business

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-7 years of experience in working with retirement plans required
  • Multiple Employer Plan experience preferred
  • Knowledge of PEO operations preferred
  • Relius or Omni Recordkeeping system experience preferred
