Position Overview

Capable of performing proficiently in a minimum of two of the following seven key core functions (hereinafter referred to as "Core 7") within the Print Shop; letter processing/monochrome digital print output, color digital print output, wide format signage production, bindery/fulfillment, single color offset printing, multi-color offset printing, job entry/estimating/billing/inventory. Individual will be assigned a primary and secondary Core 7 function determined by their skill set and departmental needs.

Essential Job Functions:
* Performs primary Core 7 functions.
* Performs secondary Core 7 functions.
* Trains outside their two Core 7 functions and enhances knowledge and provides backup support to others in those functions as needed.
* Other duties as assigned my management.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* 2+ years of experience in a Print Shop or related field
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
* Attention to detail
* Self-starter; demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership
