The CLUB L&D Specialist I develops, implements, and facilitates various CLUB training curriculums and initiatives for Retail users, Lincoln office, and the CLUB field leadership team. Works with various stakeholders in Lincoln and throughout the country as part of leading projects of various sizes that influence Outfitter engagement, CLUB Member experience, and overall operational effectiveness. Supports onboarding and professional development of new and existing Outfitters and Managers in the retail stores.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops and leads training curriculums and initiatives that will be implemented/executed through online eLearning platforms, face to face/virtual facilitation, or to be referenced regularly CLUB's end user to execute daily business expectations.
Works cross functionally with corporate partners, retail field support, and retail management to support the execution and facilitation of CLUB's robust new CLUB Manager onboarding program.
Analyzes and develops scorekeeping strategies that measure the effectiveness of and impact of CLUB training. Focuses on process execution, improvement of CLUB key metrics, overall Outfitter engagement, and reduction of turnover at retail.
Leverages a strong creative skill set and critical thinking to maintain and innovate new and existing CLUB materials used by Outfitters to understand the CLUB benefits allowing them to promote to potential new CLUB members, enhance current CLUB Member's experience, and execute daily responsibilities within compliance.
Writes and distributes a regular cadence of communication with various end users, retail leadership, CLUB Field support, corporate partners, and executive leadership.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Associate's Degree inBusiness, Training/Learning and Development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Strong communications (both verbal and written) and problem solving/critical thinking skills required
High level of creativity and always looking for ways to be innovative
Must be a self-starter who takes responsibility and ownership of projects
Customer focused behavior
Exemplary standards of integrity, personal work ethic / accountability, and continuous involvement in self-education and development.
Strong organizational and time management skills are required
Proficient is Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
0-10% of time traveling regionally
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regular computer work, and sitting
Occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs
