Pay Range: $24.70-30.63 hourly

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM's Payroll Analyst II you're responsible for all payroll related processing responsibilities, including compiling payroll statistics, maintains payroll control records, and calculates payrolls by performing the following duties. This is a hybrid position located in our Omaha, NE office.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

  • Monitor Reviews payroll to ensure accuracy. Audit printouts of data entry against source documents for verification of calculation, coding, or other entry errors
  • Manage Collects and accurately enters bi-weekly payrolls, as well as other related deductions and direct deposits
  • Plan Interface data, one application to another, in the required sequence, for accurate and timely payroll check writing and distribution
  • Assist in year-end preparation of W-2s or related tax filings
  • Collaborate Respond to complex employee and manager questions

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • Assoc. Degree in business related field preferred
  • 2-4 years payroll processing experience
  • 2-4 years PC experience including a working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and database applications
  • Ability to work some nights, Saturdays, and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Payroll systems, Timekeeping systems, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
