Overview

SUMMER 2024


Shure offers a challenging, fun and rewarding summer internship program. The twelve-week program is offered to undergraduate and graduate students. We offer internships with a variety of work arrangements from onsite interns to fully remote in US. Each intern will receive a competitive salary. Additionally, Interns who relocate to Illinois for onsite internships will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses. Applications will be collected, reviewed, and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.


The Global Leadership Development Intern will help the Global L&D team in 2 main areas: Operations/Technology and Program Support. In these areas the intern will have the following responsibilities:


This Internship can be 100% Remote or Hybrid.

Responsibilities
    Draft and send communications to support key leadership development programs
  • Engage in various logistical activities to support key programs
  • Curate and build learning pathways in Degreed to support leadership development programs
  • Create program evaluations; summarize and analyze feedback data
  • Make on-going configurations to our learning technologies (such as our 360 tool and Degreed) for use by the business
Qualifications
  • In-process of a bachelor's or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development or related fields
  • Highly organized
  • Continuous learner
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Able to meet required deadlines
  • Interest in learning new technologies
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel
