The Maintenance Technician III installs, troubleshoots, repairs, replaces and conducts maintenance on assigned devices, equipment and building systems. Supports computerized and automated systems including patient beds/lifts, fire alarm system, nurse call system, pneumatic tube system and related building software and hardware systems.
